Our team at Figure 11 Solutions has designed an efficient, cost effective product to provide a faster and safer way of backfilling poles. The Rock It speeds up production and, most importantly, eliminates the need for a hydraulic tamp.
The ROCK IT is short enough to swing under the back of a dump truck to fill. After drilling the new hole, simply pick up the new pole and the ROCK IT HOPPER.
When the new pole is set into place, adjust the height of the ROCK IT to be approx. 2’ off the ground. Open the door to release rock, swinging the ROCK IT around the pole, using the top guide to hold in place. Handles around the perimeter of the ROCK IT make it easy to maneuver the hopper to facilitate equal filling of the hole. The door can be closed at any time to stop the flow of rock.
If sufficient amount of rock has been dispensed around the pole, release the pole and swing the ROCK IT HOPPER to the dump truck to refill.
The ROCK IT HOPPER is reinforced in strategic areas to take major abuse.
